Subsurface-Applied Coated Nitrogen Fertilizer Enhanced Wheat Production by Improving Nutrient-Use Efficiency with Less Ammonia Volatilization

چکیده

Nitrogen (N) is an essential plant nutrient, therefore, N-deficient soils affect growth and development. The excessive unwise application of N fertilizers result in nutrient losses lower use efficiency that leads to the low crop productivity. Ammonia volatilization causes a major loss after fertilization environmental pollution. This experiment was conducted evaluate effectiveness coating uncoating fertilizer enhancing yield nutrient-use with reduced ammonia emissions. recommended rate nitrogen phosphorus, urea di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) were coated manually 1% polymer solution. DAP (coated/uncoated) potassium applied at time sowing as subsurface application. While surface Results showed efficiencies wheat found be maximum which increased by 44.57 (N), 44.56 (P) 44.53% (K) higher than uncoated fertilizer. emissions lowest subsurface-applied Thus, via best technique overcome improvement wheat.

Foliar-applied Nitrogen Fertilizers in Spring Wheat Production

C admium (Cd) is a nonessential heavy metal that can cause kidney problems. Diet is the main source of Cd for nonsmokers, with cereal products, including pasta, accounting for up to 20% of the daily intake of Cd. The current official standard for maximum level of Cd in durum wheat grain as stated by the Codex Alimentarius Commission is 0.2 ppm. The European Union has adopted this level as the m...
